WASHINGTON — The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is reminding eligible businesses, private nonprofits, and residents in Texas of the Nov. 10 deadline to apply for low interest federal disaster loans to offset physical damage caused by the Spring Branch Apartment Complex Fire occurring Aug. 19-20. Wanted to send a recap of the event that took place at Plant B last night. A big thank you to our community leaders for their support and local emergency response teams for their efforts last night.  At approximately 7:15 p.m. on Monday, October 6, Dow Texas Operations responded to a fire at a polyethylene unit in Plant B.
